General Information

1. What is a rehabilitation center?
A rehabilitation center provides treatment and support for individuals towards recovery from substance
abuse, mental health issues or behavioral disorders.
2. Who can join our rehab program?
Anyone suffering from drug, alcohol or any other addiction which is disrupting his/her normal life, can
apply for admission. Admission is subject to medical evaluation
3. Where are we located?
FF3, Sector 3, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700106, West Bengal, India. We are located lose to market, hospitals
& Nicco Park. We are easily accessible and we are 9.8 km from Airport & 7.4 km from Sealdah Railway
Station.

Yes, we are licensed by Government of West Bengal (Health Department) and we are also recognized by
Government of India.
5. Can I continue studies or work from within the confines of the rehab?
Yes, all you need is a laptop of your own. We provide the rest.

You can get admitted on your own if you’re an adult.

Admission Process

1. How do I admit someone into the rehab?
Contact us via phone or visit our center. A preliminary assessment is conducted, followed by
documentation and consent for admission.
2. Is voluntary admission necessary?
Yes, preferably. However, in extreme cases, a family or guardian’s consent may be considered if the
patient is a legal minor or poses harm to self/others.
3. Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, but medical history and existing prescriptions help us tailor treatment effectively.
4. What documents are needed at the time of admission?
Valid ID & address proof, a recent passport sized photo and medical history.

Programs & Treatment

1. What kinds of addictions do we treat?
We treat alcohol, drugs (heroin, marijuana, cocaine, injections, prescription pills, cough syrup, dendrite,
etc.) and lifestyle & behavioural disorders (gambling, screen addiction, sex addiction, etc).
2. What is the duration of our rehab program?
Programs range from 30 days to 180 days, depending on the severity and progress of a patient.
3. What therapies are included?
Detox, individual counseling, group therapy, CBT, family therapy, yoga & meditation, and relapse
prevention.
4. Do you offer medical detox?
Yes, under supervision of certified doctors and nurses, we provide safe detoxification protocols.
5. Is medication used during treatment?
Only when medically necessary and prescribed by licensed doctors.
6. Are programs tailored to individual needs?
The initial phase is common for all after which the treatment is tailored to the requirements of a patient.

Facilities & Daily Life

1. Do we apply the same procedure for every patient?
We have OPD, admission and post discharge daycare facilities. The procedure for an individual can be
one or more of the three.
2. What kind of accommodation do you offer?
We provide dormitory, semi-private, and private rooms with basic to premium facilities.
3. Is it a lockdown facility?
No, it is a monitored environment with structured freedom. Patients cannot leave without discharge
approval.
4. What is a typical day like in our rehab?
Structured activities include therapy sessions, timely, tasty & nutritious meals, exercises, yoga &
meditation, reflection time, group meetings and leisure & recreation (sound system, TV, gym, carom,
swimming pool, café, landscaped gardening).
5. Is spiritual or religious support available?
Yes, we offer optional spiritual counseling and meditation sessions, regardless of faith.
6. Do we provide meals and dietary options?
Yes, we provide nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals with dietary adjustments for medical
need
7. Can clients bring their phones or laptops?
Yes but cannot use those during the initial detoxification phase. We provide metal locker to every
patient for safekeeping of such valuables.

Family & Communication

1. Can family members visit?
Yes, family visits can be scheduled through our office once the initial detoxification or stabilization phase
is complete. Additionally, they can reach out to a patient through our official phones or directly on the
patient’s phone.
2. Is family counseling available?
Absolutely. Addiction affects the entire family, and we involve them in the healing process. Group
sessions are conducted regularly by us, both physically and virtually and thrice monthly, while individual
sessions can be arranged on demand.
3. Can I call or video chat with the patient?
Yes as all the patients are allowed to keep their mobile phones and laptops but only during breaks
within their schedules.

Post-Treatment Support

1. Do we offer aftercare services?
Yes, we have a daycare facility post discharge where we provide individual counselling, group sessions,
relapse prevention programs and community reintegration support. We recommend all of our patients
to avail this facility for at least 30–90 days depending on their condition as per evaluation done by the
team comprising of doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists and peers.
2. What if someone relapses post discharge?
We try to help the individual get back on track through counselling and daycare but if that fails then we
suggest re–admission.
3. Do you help with job or education reintegration?
We guide & support them but requirements such as these must be initiated by oneself or his/her family.
We offer high speed Wi–Fi and gaps in schedule to accommodate such requirements.

1. How much does the rehab program cost?
Cost may vary based on accommodation type, amenities availed (gym, swimming pool, etc), additional
food specifications, special counselling (if required), medication (if required) & duration (length of stay).

Yes, we maintain strict confidentiality for all clients and do not share any information without consent.
2. Will this go on any government or police record?
No. Admission is entirely private unless there’s a legal or court-mandated requirement.
3. Do you admit individuals with criminal backgrounds?
Addiction and crime go hand in hand. In most cases, addicts are prone to petty criminal activities. We
are equipped to deal with such cases.
4. Can you help with court-mandated rehab cases?
We have special & experienced lawyer(s) in our system in order to deal with cases such as these. We
provide documented proof of treatment during the rehabilitation.

Yes, we have separate facilities and staff for women, and also offer adolescent rehab programs.
